Mine Planner
We are expanding and we are looking for someone who wants to work in an organisation where courage, commitment and collaboration form the foundation of our success.
Would you like to be part of the reopening of the Viscaria mine – a crucial step towards greater self-sufficiency in critical minerals for Sweden and the EU? At Viscaria, we mine and process these resources with the highest environmental and sustainability standards.
We are seeking an experienced mine planner with strong expertise in both short- and long-term mine planning. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to actively shape the future of our mining operations and work alongside a team driven by innovation and progress.
Your role
As a Mine Planner at Viscaria, you will play a key role in developing and implementing mining plans that ensure both efficiency and sustainability. You will work with advanced mine planning software to deliver high precision and reliability in your plans.
Your ability to take initiative and work in a structured manner will be essential in navigating the complex challenges of our rapidly evolving work environment. The role is both strategic and operational, and we place strong emphasis on safety awareness and protection in an area undergoing constant change.
Your background
We expect you to hold a Master in Engineering with a relevant specialisation and have a few years of experience in mine planning. Proficiency in Swedish is an advantage, while fluency in English and a valid driving licence (B category) are required.
The key to success in this role lies in your analytical skills, your drive to take initiative, and your ability to bring structure and efficiency to the planning process.
Why choose us?
Joining our team means working in a dynamic and collaborative environment where your ideas are valued and your contributions make a real impact. We offer excellent opportunities for both personal and professional development.
We take pride in our inclusive workplace, where equality and diversity are a given – with a balanced gender distribution and a rich mix of backgrounds and ages.
Our flat organisational structure promotes openness and involvement, and we look forward to welcoming you as a vital part of our team – where your expertise contributes to our shared success.
